The maximum weight our European parcel carrier can handle is 30kg per parcel which covers the whole Logic Case range.

We can provide a full feed of our Logic Case products free of charge to you in CSV or XML format, including images and full descriptions. This enables you to integrate our prices into your own website, stock management and quotation systems. From this provided information you are able to add your re-seller margins and specify delivery costs.

As a re-seller of Logic Case you will be assigned your own dedicated account manager who is always available to help you with product queries, stock enquiries and quotations.

You will also given priority access to our technical team should you have any queries that your account manager could not help you with.

As an account customer of Server Case UK you will be assigned your own dedicated account manager who is always available to help you with product queries, stock enquiries and quotations.

In certain instances your customers having received a quotation from yourselves will not place their order immediately. We can reserve stock for an agreed period to ensure that we have the items available and your customer is not disappointed.

Times and stocks are agreed with your account manager.

All our chassis products are provided with a three year manufacturer’s warranty which we support from the UK. All our power products are covered by a one year manufacturer warranty. Items like broken USB sockets etc. are sent out from the UK direct to either the re-seller or the customers for them to fit. It is the re-seller or distributors responsibility to administer the RMA and manage their customers’ expectations. Logic Case will directly support the re-sellers RMA with our warranty.

As a Logic Case re-seller or distributor you will be promoted on the Logic Case global website under the relevant “where to buy” section of the website. Logic Case is happy to support all of our re-sellers and distributors with marketing materials and extended promotions to assist with winning new customers in your country.

All chassis, power and accessories specifications can be found at www.logic-case.com. We provide a number of matrixes for our re-sellers and distributors to ensure the correct case is supplied with the relevant accessories such as rail kits and power supplies.

As a manufacturer of high quality server chassis Logic Case are also able to manufacture and supply customers bespoke OEM requirements for both internal use or to re-sell under non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s)

We also provide a full specification service for complete servers including all internal components.

As a European Distributor we will support you with promotion of the Logic Case brand and forward enquiries in your country to your organisation to promote your company. As your distribution business expands and you have a higher demand for stock, Logic Case will support you from our UK warehouses and Asian manufacturing facilities.

Using our London based finance house we are able to remove the uncertainty of global currency fluctuations by offering various financial services including transactions in US dollars, Euro’s and other global currencies.

We have sales statistics for our complete range of chassis’ and can recommend product models and quantities to support our re-sellers with the transition to distributor status with this information and our expert knowledge of the marketplace.

Logic Case has the resources to assist with the purchasing of container stock for our distributors. Logic Case is able to provide financial support for up to 50% of the overall purchase price. The distributor will then pay the remaining balance over a period of time agreed by their dedicated account manager at the rate of 0% interest.
